We are Jonathan and Joanne Encarnacion also know as JOANNATHAN. We’re a husband and wife wedding photography team based out of San Jose, CA serving the San Francisco Bay area and beyond.   We are a boutique wedding photography studio who loves what weddings and every aspect of it that makes it unique and special to the couple we are photographing. We believe that weddings are a huge part of celebrating milestones in life and are stoked to be a part of such an awesome day for our clients.  

We love life and we love every unexpected moment and curve ball that life throws at us. On the outer shell we may look totally cool, hip, and under composure at all times. But the reality is we are total nerds! We are big ol’ fools for love. We cry at chick flicks and we secretly get emotional during father daughter dances at weddings. (WE, meaning both of us!)

We make beautiful photos and we love our jobs! Individually our styles are very different and we both see things in different angles, but together we are able to create the most ultimate and amazing story of your wedding day.

When we're not taking pictures we're hanging out with our two gorgeous daughters.  They are our lives. When we're not hanging out with them Jonathan is spending time with his girlfriend  (The XBOX) and Joanne is trying to figure out how to take over the world.
